Girls, does anyone knows what we should do about the taxes? Since when Sweden approved a law that sex workers have to pay tax for income ANNY OF YOU KNOWS WHEN THIS LAW PASSED? Anny of you knows anny girls that sued the government and if they won or not or if they was going to the human rights court ?Is even legal that the government tax us ? I mean is not making them our pimps? I know that is legal to sell but you are facilitating an ilegal activity (clients are punished and the money comming from them are illegal ) . I do pay my taxes but i wonder if is legal for them to ask me for taxes in such case because i feel that are 2 different laws that are contradictory- the tax law and the prostitution law. And when i pay tax like everyone else i will like to benefit from the same treatment as any tax payer- to be helped from government with my rent and not have to only do outcall because the owner can get in trouble if they know what i am doing, to be socially respected like in Switzerland for example because i am also a tax payer and i pay alot of money , to be able to take sick pay if i m sick or on my period or so on , to deduct my rent and consumable, to work in piece of mind and not the police to sabotage my business haressing my costumers , to have any
Other benefits and not even to mention that if you are non eu resident (not my case) they can denie your entry in the aeroport for being involved in ilegal business. Also , can police confiscate your money if i pay tax? On what grounds? All this law make me feel that the government consider the law only in his benefit ( if i am sued for not paying tax i am obligated to pay because of the tax
Law) but if the police wants to haress me and my clients or i m denied entry in the country or i can t acces all the public founds like anny tax payer then is because of the prostitution law and i am involved in iligal buisness. Well in thia case the government should makeup their mind and decide , i am thinking to sue them and go to the human rights court regarding this
