When bigger is not better

But in case of tits I disagree, bigger tits are not neccessarily better in my view but many women think the opposite. But I think cosmetic surgery or aesthetic surgery shouldn't be just limited on size changing but should deal really with aesthetics, as its name refers to it, such as the shape, the nipples, the areola, the harmony of these...without it the big size dosn't make any difference...
