The sexual paraphilia discussed above, paedophilia, can only be accomplished through coercion, and when it comes to coercion in a sexual act, we have already come to another category of sexual deviance, which is sexual violence or rape. It should be added that sexual violence as a paraphilia, also called biastophilia, is quite different in motivation from mere rape. In fact, biastophilia is a perverted attraction that arises from a violent situation, that is, sexual abuse can be aimed at an adult woman or man, and that sexual arousal is triggered by the fact of the violence, not by the age of victim. In the case of paedophilia, on the other hand, immature minors cause sexual excitement, and violence and sexual coercion are only a tool or consequence of the situation and not the driver. There are milder cases of paedophilia such as efebophilia (sexual attraction toward adolescents at the age of 15-18) or hebephilia (sexual attraction toward adolescents at the age of 11-14), when the forming body of an adolescent arise perverted sexual attraction, but of course, they are also equally sanctioned like paedophilia, however, in some countries from the age of 16 sexual intercourse is legal if the minor gives consent. Violence in other types of sexual acts is not unknown in the world of prostitutes and escorts amongst available sexual services, though it should be added that sex workers themselves are involuntarily exposed to it, and violence in this world is a common occurrence. Not only does sexual violence exist in the sex industry, but pure physical violence as well, because a prostitute or an escort prostitute releases such energy through sexual interaction that is not always controllable, even for the sex client himself.
Purchased sexual violence carried out by a sex-worker, on the other hand, is completely controlled because the sex client and the escort prostitute always agree on what to do and what not to do before starting a BDSM service, and if the game gets too painful, they can suspend their sexual activity by saying a password. A recent study also shows that sexuality and violence in the human brain are related to each other. According to the study, in the human brain fight and sex are wired in the same neural pathway, and they are operated by the same hormones and neurotransmitters, the development of which dates back to the time when humanity was more attached to the animal world, viz. the acquisition and retention of a female, as with most animal species, was only possible through physical force and violence, therefore it is no wonder how prevalent this major social sin is in the sex industry.
Since sexual violence is difficult to be treated psychologically in case of human species with sophisticated nervous system, causing long-lasting traumatic psychological consequences to the victim, society has accordingly severely sanctioned this crime. The reason is again that the traumatized individual cannot be a full and useful member of society. Nonetheless, it is common nowadays to read in the Western press about the increasing incidence of rape cases, which have been quite leniently punished, especially in new, immigrant-populated European cities, for example, in Germany , which is also dealt with by the European Parliament. It is likely that this phenomenon is due to the different cultural characteristics between the sending and receiving countries, viz. in Europe women have been respected since the age of knighthood, which in the twentieth century culminated in female emancipation movements, and which is not necessarily present in Eastern cultures, and may also have led to a drastic increase in rape cases in Sweden, where both sexual abuse of minors and of women and all the sexual violence cases have doubled. The study cited doubts whether increased sexual violence can be linked to immigration, while other sources argue the opposite. This contradiction is not surprising, as the left-wing governed countries like to silence their failed immigration policy through tailoring statistics by the press under their control.
